Question

회사 계정으로 Microsoft 365를 구독했지만, 개인 결제로 진행했습니다.

카카오페이로 6월부터 3개월간 결제했으며, 구독을 취소하고 싶습니다.

관리자 권한이 없고, 회사 구매 담당자도 없습니다.

직접 결제한 사용자로서 구독 취소 및 환불 가능 여부를 확인하고 싶습니다.

그리고 8월 18일에 결제된 구독료는 환불받고싶습니다.
