펜 및 터치 입력 보정 메뉴가 없습니다.

저는 Galaxy Book3 365모델에서 windows를 사용하고 있고, 약 6개월 전에는 펜 및 터치 입력 보정이 제어판에 존재했었습니다. 하지만 최근에는 해당 설정을 찾을 수 없습니다.

<진행한 조치>

• 드라이버는 모두 최신 버전으로 설치하였습니다.
• 장치관리자에서 터치스크린과 펜을 제거 후 재부팅 해보았습니다.
• 시작메뉴 검색에서 해당 메뉴를 검색해보았습니다.
• 제어판과 windows설정에서 해당 메뉴를 검색해보았습니다.

May I please know if your touch input works in BIOS?

1. Turn off your Samsung device. Turn it on and repeatedly press F2 to boot into BIOS.
2. Use your finger to touch the screen. See if it works.
3. If it does, restart your computer and test if the fingerprint touch input works in the Windows environment as well.

If you are still experiencing issues, ensure that your BIOS and Windows are up to date.

To check your current BIOS version, type 'msinfo' in the search bar on the taskbar.

Note down the BIOS version/Date on the screen.

Then, go to your PC manufacturer's website, download and install the latest version.

Additionally, go to Start > Settings > Windows Update> Check for updates.

Download and install all the pending updates available for your device.
