휴대폰과 연결 강제종료현상

휴대폰과 연결 앱 사용 시, 빈번하게 강제적으로 종료되는 현상이 있습니다.

다른 유저의 동일한 현상으로 인한 Q&A에서 본 답변을 토대로 시도해봤습니다.

window설정 > 앱 > 복구 후에 재실행

window설정 > 앱 > 초기화 후에 재실행

둘 다 해봤는데도 동일하게 계속 꺼짐현상이 발생합니다.

재부팅 후 다시 연결해봐도 동일한 현상이 일어납니다.

휴대폰과 연결 앱을 사용하여 고객에게 메시지를 보내는게 편리해서 이용하게 되었는데, 처음에는 잘 되다가 어느 순간부터 고객에게 메세지를 1번 보낼 때 이 앱을 대략 3번 정도 켜야합니다. (도중에 자꾸 꺼짐)

해결방법 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.

I’m experiencing frequent forced shutdowns when using the Phone Link app.

Based on answers I found in Q&A from other users with the same issue, I tried the following:

Windows Settings > Apps > Repair > Relaunch

Windows Settings > Apps > Reset > Relaunch

I’ve tried both, but the same crash issue continues to occur.

Even after rebooting and reconnecting, the same problem happens.

I’ve been using the Phone Link app because it’s convenient for sending messages to my customers. It worked fine at first, but at some point it started crashing so often that now, in order to send just one message, I have to relaunch the app about three times (it keeps shutting down in the middle).

I would really appreciate it if you could provide me with a solution.
