Typically, 0x2 error means an unknown sync error.
Please go to https://onedrive.live.com/ and open the Notebook in browser and then "open in app". This should sync the change from the server to the app version.
Typically, in these cases, I recommend creating a new notebook, transferring everything to the new notebook, and then deleting the old notebook. When I say transfer everything, I mean to say that copy the pages from the old Notebook and paste in the new one.
