In the image, you can see "DisableAntiSpyware," which is a setting to disable Microsoft Defender Antivirus. However, the value data is "0," so the setting is disabled. However, the "DisableAntiSpyware" setting itself can sometimes cause unexpected behavior, so it may be better to delete it.
In the image, you cannot see "DisableRealtimeMonitoring," which disables real-time protection, so that means there is no setting for it.
Since you tried many of the solutions in the previous thread but did not see any improvement, I think you should back up all necessary data and reset Windows to its factory settings (initialization) using the method specified by your PC manufacturer.
