구글플레이 결제관리에는 뜨지 않습니다.

Here's how you can request a refund for your Microsoft 365 Basic subscription:

1. Sign in to your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com/services.
2. Find the Microsoft 365 Basic subscription.
3. Click Manage, then choose Cancel Subscription or Turn off recurring billing.
4. If you're eligible for a refund, the option will appear during cancellation. South Korea qualifies for prorated refunds.

If you don’t see a refund option, please contact Microsoft Support:

• Go to Microsoft Support
• Select Billing & Subscriptions
• Choose Refunds & Charges
• Use Chat or Request a Call to speak with a support agent

Refunds usually take 3 to 5 business days to process. Since the purchase doesn’t appear in Google Play, it was likely made directly through Microsoft and is eligible for review.
