마이크로소프트 계정이 도용됨 (카카오페이를 통한 부정한 결제)

안녕하세요.

현재 제 계정으로 해외(독일)에서 모르는 결제가 3번 (총 261,000원) 되었습니다.

2025년 10월 3일 | 주문 번호 3704597330 (87,000원)

2025년 10월 3일 | 주문 번호 5093710850 (87,000원)

2025년 10월 3일 | 주문 번호 2467197129 (87,000원)

마이크로소프트 홈페이지 내 "조사하기"에서 문제를 해결하려고 하였으나, 결제수단에 카카오페이가 나오지 않아 해당 창구로 문제를 해결할 수 없습니다.

1. 위의 거래에 대해 마이크로소프트에 부정한 결제로 신고하는 방법과
2. 환불 관련 방법에 대해 문의 드립니다.

Since you mentioned that the order is missing kindly contact support directly https://support.microsoft.com/contactus and choose Billing / Order / Unauthorized charge). Use chat or phone and give them.

In case microsoft wont be able to see the charges please contact your bank or the kakao pay support and file a dispute/chargeback.
