윈도우11 프로 정품인증 문의

안녕하세요.

윈도우8.1 홈버전을 처음 사용자용 버전으로 구매하여 윈도우10까지 업그레이드하여 사용하였습니다.이후 마이크로소프트 스토어에서 프로버전으로 업그레이드 하는데 165,000원을 결제하고 프로버전으로 업그레이드 하였는데요.

이번에 컴퓨터를 변경하게 되어 새로운 컴퓨터에 윈도우11 프로버전을 설치하였는데 정품인증이 되지 않습니다.

검색해보니 마이크로소프트 스토어에서 구매한 윈도우 업그레이드는 장치에 귀속된다고 하는데요.

이러면 제 윈도우 라이센스는 어떻게 되나요?

최초 구매한 제품이 처음 사용자용 버전이라 괜찮은 줄 알았는데 정품인증이 안되어서 난감한 상황입니다.

만약 제 계정에 귀속시킬 수 없다면 마이크로소프트 스토어에서 구매한 업그레이드를 환불하고 싶습니다.

Hi,

Just to set the expectations straight, this is a user-user support forum.

If you had a Windows 8.1 Retail license, the Pro upgrade pack also becomes retail and is transferrable.

You can move that Windows 10 license to a new Windows 11 machine. That is not an issue.
