Step 1.

1. Use the Office Uninstaller troubleshooter to remove all the previous traces of Office applications. https://aka.ms/SaRA-officeUninstallFromPC
2. Once done, restart your computer.

Step 2.

1. Click Windows + R key, type regedit.exe and click ok.
2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun\Configuration
3. Right-click the Configuration folder, then click Delete, then click Yes to confirm.
4. Restart your computer and run the Office setup file again.
