Issue Details: I am reporting a persistent issue where multiple instances of the "WorkloadSessionHost" process are running simultaneously. According to my Task Manager, there are more than 7 redundant processes active at once, with one instance alone consuming over 1.8GB of RAM.

As a result, my idle memory usage is spiking up to 44%, even when no heavy applications are running. While this hasn't caused an immediate system crash yet, it is a significant concern for the long-term health and thermal management of my laptop.
