미승인한 요금 결제 환불

Question

I made my personal account about the subscription on July 2025 and nothing has paid after last July until now. However, the unauthorized payment happened yesterday through Kakaopay.

I tried to find my subscription and also card payment history, but I couldn't find anything.

Can you let me know what happened and why the payment occurred right now?

I hope to get refund about it (12500 KRW)
