직접 통화하고 상담받기를 원합니다. 용량부족으로 오류가 떠서 프로그램 삭제 또는 동기화 종료하면서 더이상 프로그램이 열리지도 않고 다운로드도 안되고 모든 작업 불가입니다. 특히 onedrive가 접속 불가입니다. 바쁘시더라도 빠른 답변 부탁드리겠습니다.

In this situation, first we have to free up space in your OneDrive storage or we'll have to upgrade it.

To free up space - Go to https://onedrive.live.com/ on any web browser, use an incognito tab and sign in with your account.

You can delete the files you no longer want to keep on your OneDrive cloud storage. [OR] You can back them up to your local storage drive, like Local disk C: or Local disk D:, before deleting them from OneDrive.

Once deleted, empty the recycle bin folder as well.

As your OneDrive account might be frozen, it might take 2-4 hours for the updated storage to reflect into your account.

Another option, you can just upgrade your OneDrive Storage -

The OneDrive basic plan includes 100GB of OneDrive Cloud and 100GB of Outlook email storage.

If you don't want to have OneDrive, you can just move all of the files from the OneDrive cloud to your local drive and then completely unlink your account from OneDrive.
