오피스팩을 설치했었는데 갑자기 사용이 안 돼요

2019년 1~3월쯤 lg 그램 노트북을 구매하면서 사은품으로 마이크로소프르 오피스팩 같은 걸 받았습니다.

엑셀, 워드, 파워포인트 등 다 되는 걸로요.

그런데 쓰려고 하니까 갑자기 활성화가 안 되어 있다면서 구독을 해야 한다고 하네요.

당연히 오래 전에 설치한 거라 제품 키가 써져있는 패키지는 없고요.

유효기간이 정해져있던 사은품은 아니었던 걸로 기억하는데, 이 문제 어떻게 해결하면 되나요?

Many laptops include Office which links to the Microsoft account used during first setup. And the activation starts after you sign in with the same account used when the device first activated Office. Open Word or Excel, go to File, Account, then sign in and check Product Information. If no license appears under your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com/services the device likely included a trial version which expired.

Try to:

• Open Word, select File, Account, review Product Information for license status

• Select Change License, sign in with the Microsoft account used during first setup

• Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and check Services and Subscriptions for an Office license

• Run the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Office activation problems

• Contact LG support with the laptop serial number to confirm which Office license shipped with the device
