새 컴퓨터에서 제품 키를 입력하면 이미 사용 중이라고 떠서 설치가 안됨

Office Home & Student 2019 제품을 사용 중인데
기존 PC를 폐기하고 새 PC로 옮기려고 합니다.

제품 키를 입력하면 이미 사용 중이라고 나오는데
기존 장치에서 라이선스를 제거하고
새 PC에서 사용할 수 있도록 초기화 부탁드립니다.

Hi,

It appears that system still recognize the old device, with that it needs the digital license activation, therefore, the best option to proceed is to contact Microsoft support as they have the tools to do that

Please refer to the steps below and how to proceed with contacting them.

 

1. Go to this link:  https://support.microsoft.com/contactus and sign in your Microsoft account

 

2. On the "Tell us your problem so we can get you the right help and support" - just type "Microsoft Office 365 issue" then search

 

3. You will see Recommended Solution, just scroll down until you can see "Contact support"

 

4. Under "Tell us a little more about your problem", select "Microsoft 365 and Office"

 

5. For Category select > Technical support > then confirm

 

6. Select Chat with a support agent in your web browser

 

7. Confirm your account and you should be routed to Microsoft support representative who have the appropriate tools and resources to investigate and assist you further with your concern.
