Have you enabled any VPN on your device? If yes, please temporarily disable them, then try signing in to your account again. Alternatively, you can switch your Wi‑Fi connection from your home network to a mobile hotspot and check if you are able to connect.

Run the Network Troubleshooter:
Go to Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot.
Select Other troubleshooters > network & Internet > Click Run.
Follow the prompts to complete the troubleshooter.

Run the network reset command lines:
Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
Run the following commands one by one, pressing Enter after each command.
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
Once done, restart your computer and sign in with your account on OneDrive.

Check for Windows updates
Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates.
Download and install all the latest available updates for your device.
