Onedrive 공유폴더 오류(PC, Mobile 동일)

A계정에 폴더를 생성하여, B계정에 폴더를 공유하였습니다.

A계정에서는 파일 생성이나 업로드가 정상적으로 되나, B계정에서는 아래의 이미지와 같이 폴더에 진입할 수 없습니다. 사용자의 이미지

그리고 "내 파일에 바로가기 추가"도 안됩니다.

모바일에서도 동일하게 해보았으나 되지 않는 것으로 보면, PC의 캐시문제는 아닙니다.

해결 방법 알려주세요.

Strange, ok try to test in an Incognito Window (on Mobile or PC) --> Copy the link and paste it into a private/incognito browser tab. If it asks you to log in, log in with the exact credentials the file was shared with. If it says "Access Denied" instead of a general exception, you know it's a permission issue.

Are you trying to access a resource in Sharepoint or simply your OneDrive?

정말 이상합니다. 말한대로 새로운 시크릿 브라우저 탭에 붙여넣으니 로그아웃된 상태로는 잘 보입니다.

그런데 공유 받은 B계정으로 로그인을 하면 아래와 같이 나옵니다.

B계정에 대하여 확실하게 "편집권한"을 부여했는데, 왜그럴까요?

당신이 말하는 share point 접근을 이해 못했는데, 나는 "폴더"를 공유하고, 그 폴더에 B사용자가 파일을 업로드 했으면 좋겠습니다.

Ok, if your primary goal is simply to have User B upload files to this folder, follow these steps:

Log in to OneDrive via the web.

Right-click on the folder and select Share.

Before copying the link, click on the gear icon (or the text defining who can access) to open the Sharing settings.

Make sure "Anyone with the link" is selected.

Under the More settings section, set the permission to "Can edit".

Click Apply and then copy the link.

User B must then open the invitation link directly from their email inbox. When they log into their B account through that specific invite, Microsoft will validate their identity properly, and they will be able to see the folder contents and upload files without errors.

해결했습니다. 제가 한 대의 PC에서 2개의 계정에 로그인을 번갈아가면서 한 것이 문제였습니다.

두 대의 PC에서 처음부터 폴더 만들고 공유하니 정상 동작합니다.
