EXCEL KRX STOCK DATA LOADING ERROR(SPECIFIC ETF DATA ONLY)

Subject: Stale Price Data for Certain KRX ETFs in Excel Stocks Data Type

Hello,

I am reporting an issue with the Stocks linked data type in Microsoft Excel.

The current price data for certain ETFs listed on the Korea Exchange (KRX) has not been updated for several days, although the linked data types remain valid and manual refresh completes without resolving the issue.

The affected KRX ETF symbols currently identified are:

0115E0
0167A0
0117V0
0080G0
0177X0
0209D0

The formulas used to retrieve the prices are working correctly, and other KRX instruments, including individual stocks, continue to update normally. The issue therefore appears to be specific to the price data or symbol mapping for these ETFs.

Please investigate whether there is a service-side or financial data provider issue affecting these KRX ETF symbols.
