새로 로그아웃하고 신규 계정로그인이 안됨

기존 학교 메일로 사용하던 Microoffice 파일을 이제 학교 졸업해서 로그아웃 하고 다른 유료가입한

이메일 주소를 넣어도 AADSTS50020: 신원 제공자 'live.com '의 사용자 계정 '******@naver.com '은 '홍익대학교' 테넌트에 존재하지 않으며, 해당 테넌트 내에서 'd3590ed6-52b3-4102-aeff-aad2292ab01c'(Microsoft Office) 애플리케이션에 접근할 수 없습니다. 계정은 먼저 테넌트에 외부 사용자로 추가되어야 합니다. 로그아웃한 뒤 다른 Azure Active Directory 사용자 계정으로 다시 로그인하세요.

This is normal because the file lives in your school account's OneDrive, and since you have graduated, you cannot access school tenant, so you don't have permission to access it anymore.

In a simple example, if you are no longer working in a business, before you leave the business office, you should have packed your own personal things and taken them out of the building home with you. If you didn't do that and left anything behind in the building, once you turned into your badge and left the office building, you cannot go back to the building, because their security wants to check your work badge that you no longer have. Using your personal ID will not get you through their security.
