May I please know which edition of Microsoft Office you have a license for?

Do you have a Microsoft 365 subscription, or a perpetual license such as Office Home 2024 or Office Home & Business 2021?

2. Also, how did you activate Office apps on your previous computer? Did you purchase the license separately from a retail store, or were the Office apps already pre-installed and activated on the old device?
3. Could you please provide the exact activation error message or error code you are seeing when you try to activate Office on your new computer?
