Ajoy Krishnamoorthy wrote a great article earlier this year describing the new Agile Planning Excel workbooks that our team built for the 2010 release of Team Foundation Server.

These workbooks are designed to give agile teams great “out of the box” tools for managing their product backlogs and planning iterations/sprints.   The article describes the workbooks as they will be in our Beta1 release.  We’re working on updates to the workbooks for Beta2 to improve usability.
