Not able to see the stop release action in release management

Recently one of the customer reported that one of his release is pending at the deployment step and he is not able to find any way to stop the release (no stop action in the action bar where Delete/Save etc are visible).

I looked at my local setup & observed that the stop action is visible to me.

Ashwini Rattihalli from the team helped out in figuring out that stop action is visible to all of the stage approvers and in my setup, I was the stage approver, so it was visible to me but in the customer setup, it was set incorrectly to Monitor due to which it was not visible.

Customer changed it to the correct approval in the release path and since the step was in pending state for him, the change got applied to the on-going release & he was able to see the stop action & stop the release.
