Live Meeting console client-side logging

There are many differnt ways to troubleshoot any issue. I have found with Live Meeting (or web conferencing) connectivity issues the best place to start is with the pwconsole-debug log. I'm highlighting this log because many people don't know about its existance since it is created in a different location from the rest of the OC client-side logging. the pwconsole-debug log is created in the %TEMP% directory. The log is very helpful in tracking down if hte issue is related to DNS, certificates, or congifuration settings. This log can be used to troubleshoot server or service related issues.
