A New Life of 150 inches: How Long 'til Keith Combs Has One?
A good buddy of mine and fellow Texan runs this little 'ol blog, which is one of the Top 5 blogs hosted on TechNet. His name is Keith Combs and he, like his blahg, is a pretty amazing technical guru. When it came time to research the laptop I'm carrying now, I searched out Mr. Combs and asked him for his input. His testing regimen for all items electronic is through and you'll always get the straight info from Keith. A true geek's geek. He also happens to have more computers, routers, hubs, mobile devices, PMPs, than any other human on the planet.
When I saw this photo of a new Matsushita Electric Industrial announced their new 103" television at CES 2008, I knew it would just be a matter of time before Keith started thinking about the number of HDMI inputs and whether it'll truly support 1080p. (or 1080i....whichever is better...I forget...which is why I call Keith with these sort of questions.) and when will Fry's have one in stock.
I'm not sure there is anything I need to see at 12 1/2 feet.

Can you get too big when it comes to TV/monitor? I too saw the 150 inch screen - looks great. I wonder how much power it uses?!Anonymous
