Are you curious to know how the Facebook, Twitter and YouTube mobile applications on Windows Phone 7 were developed? Would you like to learn how to make your own dream mobile application on Windows Phone 7? Have you ever wondered how the cloud applications work? Or wanted to get started on developing websites?

Microsoft invites you to discover and experience the world of web, application and mobile development in TechDays Beirut 2011, the first technology conference for Developers that will bring together developers, Microsoft partners, IT professionals and IT media.

The conference will start with a Business Intelligence briefing, followed by a session on how to create and deploy applications on the cloud on Windows Azure and Microsoft development tools, then a walk through Microsoft’s latest mobility innovation Windows Phone 7, and a preview of the latest version code-named “Mango”.

During TechDays a competition will be launched where developers will create apps for Windows 7, Windows Phone 7 and on the cloud. Developers that create the best apps will win valuable prizes from Microsoft! Attendants will also receive FREE Windows Azure accounts, to deploy and test their applications on the cloud.

In addition TechDays will include presentations on HTML5, WebMatrix, Razor Pages, Visual Studio 2010 and ASP.net 4.0. The event will run on June 1st, 2nd and 3rd from 2:00 to 6:30 pm at Microsoft offices in Downtown Beirut.
