Upgrading Silverlight Samples to Beta2

Now that Silverlight Beta2 has been released I have upgraded the SL samples on this site to the new build. I have moved the current beta1 samples to a subdirectory under the current sample. Source code for the new Beta2 sample is also updated at https://code.msdn.microsoft.com/silverlightws
