Nokia Lumia 920 Day 7 - Kids corner

Kids corner is new to Windows Phone 8 and therefore new to the Nokia 920. What a genius thing it is too!

The first time you start Kids Corner, it asks you to pick a name and picture for your kid (I decided Ilona was going to be the 'child' in this instance) and set your pin for you phone if you don't already have one. Next configure the music, applications, games and videos you want to allow your 'kid' to access and you're done.

To access 'Kids Corner' from the lockscreen, swipe to the right and you will see the name and picture you selected. Swipe up and pass the phone over to your little one. From my testing, it appears to be impossible to get to the rest of the phone to cause any chaos. The only settings your child can change is their name, pictures and colours!

This really is a great edition to the Nokia Lumia 920 and Windows Phone 8 and I am not sure why I haven't seen this on many other phones before.
