New feature: Co-authoring comes to Word Web App on SkyDrive

 Today, Microsoft announced another new Office Web Apps on SkyDrive feature based on customer feedback — the ability to co-author in the Word Web App! Building on the collaboration features already available in Word 2010 and Word for Mac 2011, co-authoring improves collaboration with others on Word documents without having to leave your web browser. Co-authoring in the Word Web App on SkyDrive reflects Microsoft’s understanding of customers preference to collaborate and get things done.
