Hi Zac, that's a good point. I a perfect world the software we are usability testing would have no bugs. The reality is that because we want to usability test as early as possible (because cost increases the longer you wait to test), we have to accept that we often are testing VERY preliminary code. Shane, Nice pres dude. It covers off on all the main points and goes into the right amount of depth at the necessary bits - illustrated with photos at those bits to keep people interested too. Really good for this audience too. matt.Anonymous
