    Bad news. I think it will be released alongside with Longhorn, in 2006 mid

    I think Microsoft seriously needs to do something about the ever slipping releases. Whidbey and Longhorn were set for a 2004 release. If they continue this path release dates will have no meaning.

    Release team blog says that Beta 2 would come out by the end of this month!

    Perhaps it should be renamed to Visual Studio 2006 and SQL Server 2006? :-)
