IMAP to Office 365 Migration

In migrating email from our current IMAP mail server to Office 365 I have found that the CSV file used in the batch process can not contain the same email address twice. The unfortunate part of this is our mail server uses the specific users email address as the userid to access their mail. For example the CSV file record would appear as:

person@organization.com,person@organization.com,password

This is causing and error and processing stops. Not good. Have not found a way around this at this point.
