Disable Windows tip notifications:

1. Go to Control Panel
2. Go to System
3. Go to Notifications and Actions
4. Turn off Show me tips about Windows

Disable peer to peer Windows Update Sharing:

1. Search for Updates
2. Go to Windows Update
3. Go to Advanced Options
4. Go to Choose how updates are installed
5. Go to Choose how updates are delivered
6. Click Disable  Update from more than one place.

Disable OneDrive:

1. Search for GPEdit.msc
2. Go to Local Computer Policy
3. Go to Computer Configuration
4. Go to Administrative Templates
5. Go to Windows Components
6. Go to OneDrive
7. Select Enabled
8. Click OK
