On the Microsoft Tech Community, they host 'Ask Microsoft Anything' (AMA), which are live online events.  This is where customers can connect with members of the respective product engineering team who are on hand to answer questions and listen to feedback.  Recent examples have included an Office 365 Groups AMA and a Microsoft Teams AMA.  These events are advertised widely on the respective community space and often are mentioned in the Office Blogs alongside new features or products release announcements.   A summary document after the AMA is usually made available.
