이 동작과 함께 setForegroundServiceBehavior()를 사용하여 포그라운드 서비스 시작과 관련된 알림을 빌드한 경우 기본 동작이 짧은 시간 동안 표시를 지연하는 경우에도 알림 표시가 즉시 수행됩니다.
