Call this after dequeueOutputBuffer signals a format change by returning
#INFO_OUTPUT_FORMAT_CHANGED
.

Call this after dequeueOutputBuffer signals a format change by returning #INFO_OUTPUT_FORMAT_CHANGED
. You can also call this after #configure
returns successfully to get the output format initially configured for the codec. Do this to determine what optional configuration parameters were supported by the codec.
