이 루트가 현재 비어 있음을 나타내는 플래그입니다. 문서를 열 때 루트를 숨기는 데 사용할 수 있지만 문서를 만들 때 루트가 계속 표시되고 #FLAG_SUPPORTS_CREATE 설정됩니다. 루트가 비어있지 않은 경우와 같이 이 플래그의 값이 변경되면 콘텐츠 변경 알림을 DocumentsContract#buildRootsUri(String)보내야 합니다.
