OleComponent.IOleComponent.OnAppActivate(Int32, UInt32) Method

Definition

Notify component when the host application gains or loses activation. Simply calls through to OnAppActivateCore(Int32, UInt32).

Parameters

fActive
Int32

If TURE (1), the host app is being activated, if FALSE (0) the host app is being deactivated.

dwOtherThreadID
UInt32

If fActive is TRUE (1) then this is the thread ID of the thread owning the window being deactivated. If fActive is FALSE (0) this is the thread ID of the thread owning the window being activated.

Remarks

This method is not called when both the window being activated and the one being deactivated belong to the host app.
