Repairs a trust relationship.

There is no trust relationship with the Domain that is specified by targetDomain
.
A call to the underlying directory service resulted in an error.
The target or source server is either busy or unavailable.
targetDomain
is null
.
The object has been disposed.
The specified account does not have permission to perform this operation.
Remarks
This method repairs the trust by resetting the secure channel for the trust. If the operation fails to reset the secure channel, then it will also reset the trust password.
