tag을 선택합니다.TagClass 가 Universal이지만 tagTagValue 메서드에 대해 가 올바르지 않습니다. -또는- value는 길이가 0이고 unusedBitCount는 0이 아닙니다. -또는- value는 비어 있지 않고 unusedBitCount로 식별된 비트 중 하나가 설정되었습니다.

ArgumentOutOfRangeException

unusedBitCount는 [0,7] 범위에 있지 않습니다.
