Writes the specified key identifier clause using the specified XML writer. Called by the base class.

Classes that derive from the SecurityTokenSerializer class must override the WriteKeyIdentifierClauseCore(XmlWriter, SecurityKeyIdentifierClause) method. The WriteKeyIdentifierClause(XmlWriter, SecurityKeyIdentifierClause) method calls the WriteKeyIdentifierClauseCore(XmlWriter, SecurityKeyIdentifierClause) method.
