Creates the specified key identifier clause.

A SecurityKeyIdentifierClause that specifies the key identifier to create.
Returns
A SecurityKeyIdentifierClause that is a key identifier clause for the security token.
Remarks
Use the CanCreateKeyIdentifierClause method to determine whether a security token can create a specific key identifier. To create the key identifier call the CreateKeyIdentifierClause method.
The default implementation supports key identifier clauses of type LocalIdKeyIdentifierClause. If a key identifier clause of type LocalIdKeyIdentifierClause cannot be created, a NotSupportedException is thrown.
