WebRequest, HttpWebRequest, ServicePoint및 WebClient 사용되지 않으므로 새 개발에 사용하면 안 됩니다. 대신 HttpClient 사용합니다.

이 이벤트는 비동기 데이터 다운로드 작업이 완료될 때마다 발생합니다. 비동기 데이터 다운로드는 DownloadDataAsync 메서드를 호출하여 시작됩니다.
