Replaces the element in the collection at the specified index.

The zero-based index of the element to replace.

- ServiceEndpoint
The new value for ServiceEndpoint item at the specified index

Remarks
This method overrides the virtual SetItem(Int32, T) method defined in the base class and is provided to do input validation that ensures null
values are not inserted into the collection. It is not intended to be called by users.
