public Uri Via { get; set; }

Public Property Via As Uri
Property Value
A Uri that is the destination address for the transport. The default value is the Uri value of the client.
Remarks
Set the Via property to specify a transport address for messages when the immediate destination of messages is not the client's Uri. This enables you to specify SOAP intermediaries and handle scenarios in which the value of the Uri property of the client is a logical name.
It is this value that the System.ServiceModel.Description.ClientViaBehavior sets from a configuration file.
