Tries to parse the current JSON token value from the source as an Int64 and returns a value that indicates whether the operation succeeded.

Parameters
- value
- Int64
When this method returns, contains the 64-bit integer value equivalent to the current JSON number if the conversion succeeded, or 0 if the conversion failed.
Returns
true
if the entire UTF-8 encoded token value can be successfully parsed to an Int64 value; otherwise, false
.
Exceptions
The JSON token value isn't a Number.
