설명

이 메서드는 부동 소수점 값을 올바르게 처리하므로 2.0 가 를 반환false하는 동안 2.2 반환 true 됩니다.

의 false 반환 값이 를 반환true한다는 의미는 IsOddInteger(TSelf) 아닙니다. 소수 부분이 있는 숫자(예: 3.3)는 짝수 또는 홀수가 아닙니다.
