Sends a string with the specified starting position and number of characters to the HTTP output stream.

Parameters
- s
- String
The string to send to the HTTP output stream.
- index
- Int32
The character position of the first byte to send.
- count
- Int32
The number of characters to send, beginning at the character position specified by index
.
Exceptions
The index
is less than zero.

The sum of the index
and the count
are greater than the string length.
