이 속성은 빈 문자열을 반환 하는 것 ("") 속성 값을 설정 하지 않은 경우. 값만 설정할 경우 값을 Use 속성은 Encoded. 그렇지 않으면 XML 웹 서비스에 예기치 않은 문제가 발생할 됩니다.
