A float
value that represents the position of the right side of a chart element.

Remarks
Returns a value that represents the relative position of the right side of an applicable chart element.
The right side position is always expressed in relative coordinates, and is either relative to a ChartArea object if plotted within a chart area, or relative to the entire chart image if plotted outside of a chart area element.
Chart coordinates use (0,0) for a top-left corner, and (100,100) for a bottom-right corner.
