Processes the postback data for the HtmlInputHidden control.

The collection of all incoming name values.
Returns
true
if the HtmlInputHidden control's state has changed as a result of the postback; otherwise, false
.
Remarks
The LoadPostData method checks to see whether the postback value of the HtmlInputHidden control is different from the previous value, and if so, returns true
.
The LoadPostData method is used primarily by control developers extending the functionality of the HtmlInputHidden control.
