DataPager CountryDataPager = new DataPager();
// Set the DataPager object's properties.
CountryDataPager.PagedControlID = CountryListView.ID;
CountryDataPager.PageSize = 15;
CountryDataPager.Fields.Add(new NumericPagerField());
// Add the DataPager object to the Controls collection
// of the form.
form1.Controls.Add(CountryDataPager);
